How can you listen and remember that which is most important?

Here some quick tips to help you remember more.

Take some time each day to be still and silent. It is valuable to give the mind some downtime so that it will work better when you need it to.

Read the information and write down a word web of the key words contained in the text. Connect them with arrows. and symbols.

Listen to the material twice; first listen for resonance - can you understand the tone and vocal rhythm of the speech? If not, find another version if you can. Then listen a second time and answer 3 questions: 1 What is the main point of the speech? 2 What is the opposite argument or idea? 3 What is the impact or would be the impact if everyone shared these thoughts?

Organise yourself to find out some typical exam questions on the topic. read the questions to categorise the main focus and learn these points.
